Information for Renters!
The Point Richmond Ridge Homeowners' Association Board of Directors and Members would like to welcome you to the neighborhood!
- If you have not yet been greeted by one of our Welcoming Committee members, please contact the HOA president so that they can arrange a welcome visit.
- At any time, please feel welcome to download our welcoming pamphlet and any other HOA documents that you desire.
- As a renter of a property in the neighborhood, you are not entitled to vote in or participate in an official capacity of the HOA, nor are you able to attend meetings of the Board of Directors. However, you are welcome to attend the annual members meeting for purposes of gathering information, meeting members and to ask questions related to the HOA.
- You are also encouraged to participate in neighborly acts, social activities or clubs related to the association.
- As with all of our homeowners, we ask that you to participate in keeping our neighborhood comfortable, friendly and respectable.
- The PRRHOA also asks that you abide by the Maintenance and Protective Covenants as well as to the Bylaws. Lack of compliance to the aforementioned documents can result in violation notices being sent to the homeowner if the PRRHOA BOD is unable to resolve the matter directly with you, the renter, or as otherwise deemed necessary by the PRRHOA BOD.
- You are welcome to contact any of our BOD members to voice concerns, ask questions or request assistance/information as needed.
